Once, when I picked up a book from the local library, the librarian asked to tell her what I thought about the book when I would bring it back. Well, why not write a few lines about all the books I read so everybody could see what I thought about it? I'm often also happy to have friends recommend a certain book or tell me this and that is not really worth reading. I won't comment about the tons of books I have read so far, but about books I read from now on.

This is a collection of various parts of books in the "For Dummies" series.
I'm aware that I've not read the latest edition available, but I sincerely doubt the quality of content is so much different in the later edition. Also, uncharacteristically for me, I have skipped several chapters in this book, only read what peaked my interest.
Unless you are looking for rather basic information about a topic, you're probably better off with some other books. For me the biggest benefit I got out of this book is to know to stay away from this series, unless I'm really only looking for some simple, broad overview on a topic.
