Once, when I picked up a book from the local library, the librarian asked to tell her what I thought about the book when I would bring it back. Well, why not write a few lines about all the books I read so everybody could see what I thought about it? I'm often also happy to have friends recommend a certain book or tell me this and that is not really worth reading. I won't comment about the tons of books I have read so far, but about books I read from now on.

When C.J. Osborn was a girl, she had an encounter with the boogeyman. Nobody believed her, but she could never forget that incident. To overcome her fear she felt ever since, C.J. choose to become a cop. But even in this line of work she was never able to forget or to really overcome her fear. On the contrary, in some situations it made her risk more than she normally should. But C.J. is a survivor type.
Maybe it was good not to forget, because the boogeyman is back and wants to finish what he couldn't accomplish so many years ago. Worse than that even, there is somebody else who wishes her no well. As so many years ago, she is going through a hell of a night. Only this time she is not completely alone.
Fast paced, well written and well researched. I can't speak for the description of arms etc. but at least the computer terms and technologies mentioned are accurate and do make sense. The whole setup is quite believable and not overdone.
