Once, when I picked up a book from the local library, the librarian asked to tell her what I thought about the book when I would bring it back. Well, why not write a few lines about all the books I read so everybody could see what I thought about it? I'm often also happy to have friends recommend a certain book or tell me this and that is not really worth reading. I won't comment about the tons of books I have read so far, but about books I read from now on.

If you do have problems with sciatica, then you surely already realized that the way you sit, the way you move, etc. do make a difference in how comfortable or uncomfortable you are. If you have not yet realized, then you definitely ought to read this book. And even if you do have realized, you are likely to find some more hints and tips and tricks to apply in various situations. Throughout the book, Kihm emphasizes how awareness of how you move and then making slight adjustments can make a big difference. You may not heal sciatica or go completely pain-free, but if you can ease the pain and get more comfortable it is well worth it. At the very least it is worth to try.
